Are your courses accepted in my state?

Yes, they are. We do not post any seminars that aren't accepted by all states.

Who submits my CEUs to the state or NCRA?

You do. See the "How to Submit Your CEUs" section above for step-by-step instructions and links.

Can I get a refund?

You can get a refund as long as you have not completed the course and received your completion certificate.

I didn't receive my completion certificate. What should I do?

There are 2 reasons you may not have received your certificate:

1. This could be an email issue.

2. When you go through each section, you must hit "Complete and Continue" for the system to know you have finished the course. If you don't see the red dot beside the lesson, click on the lesson and hit "Continue" at the bottom.

How do I know which courses I've already taken?

We can send you a list of the courses you have taken in the past. Email your request to [email protected].

Can I repeat a seminar?

Yes, but not in consecutive recording periods. You must skip a recording period before you may repeat a seminar.

Do I need to submit the handouts?

No, they are just for reference. Please note that not every course has handouts.

How many hours make one CEU?

10 hours = 1 CEU.

What score do I need to pass?

75 or above.

What if I don't pass the test?

You must become a lawyer — or you can retake the test. 🙂

How do I log in to my account?

Go to courtreportersceus.com and click the log in button located in the top right corner.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and reset your password there.

How long do I have to access my course?

You have as long as you need to access the course.

I'm licensed in multiple states. Can I get certificates for each?

Yes. If you're licensed in multiple states, let Jeff know and provide him with your CSR/CRR numbers, and he will email you the other certificates.
