Are these seminars accepted for credit by (state) NCRA/NVRA/AAERT?
Yes they are. We do not post any seminars that aren’t accepted by all states.
Do you submit the credits or do we?
You do.
Can I get a refund?
You can get a refund as long as you have not completed the course and received your completion certificate.
I went all the way through the course and I didn't receive my certificate. What should I do?
There are 2 reasons that you may not have received your certificate.
- This could be an email issue.
- When you go through each section, you must hit complete and continue for the system to know you have completed the course. If you don’t see the red dot beside the lesson then you can click on the lesson and hit continue at the bottom.
How do I know if I have already taken the course?
We can send you a list of the courses you have taken in the past. Email your request to [email protected].
May I repeat a seminar?
Yes, but not in consecutive recording periods. You must skip a recording period before you may repeat a seminar.
Do I need to answer the questions on the handouts?
No, they are just for reference.
Does every seminar section have handouts?
Not every course has handouts.
What if I need a special configuration of courses?

What grade do I need to pass?
75 or above
What happens if I fail?
You must become a lawyer or you can retake the test:0)
How does NCRA figure their CEUs?
10 hours = 1 CEU
Where do I log in to access my course?
You can go to https://courtreportersceus.com and in the top right corner we have a log in button.
I lost my password. How do I reset it?
You can go to the login page and reset your password there.
The login button is located in the top right hand corner.
What if I am licensed in multiple states? Can you print certificates for all states?
If you’re licensed in multiple states, let Jeff know and provide him with your CSR/CRR etc… numbers and he will email you the other certificates.
How long will I have access to the course?
You have as long as you need to access the course.
