If you're an RPR, use the link below to go to the NCRA website to submit your CEUs. Your completion letter is a PDF that you can forward to them. If the name of your PDF is too long or is rejected by the NCRA site, change the name of the PDF to just your last name.
Please note: NCRA charges a fee of $45 when you submit these credits.

You can get a refund as long as you have not completed the course and received your completion certificate.
There are 2 reasons you may not have received your certificate:
1. This could be an email issue.
2. When you go through each section, you must hit "Complete and Continue" for the system to know you have finished the course. If you don't see the red dot beside the lesson, click on the lesson and hit "Continue" at the bottom.
We can send you a list of the courses you have taken in the past. Email your request to [email protected].
Yes, but not in consecutive recording periods. You must skip a recording period before you may repeat a seminar.
No, they are just for reference. Please note that not every course has handouts.
10 hours = 1 CEU.
