Frequently Asked Questions

Are these seminars accepted for credit by (state) NCRA/NVRA/AAERT?

Yes they are.  We do not post any seminars that aren’t accepted by all states.

Do you submit the credits or do we?

You do.

Can I get a refund?

You can get a refund as long as you have not completed the course and received your completion certificate.

I went all the way through the course and I didn't receive my certificate. What should I do?

There are 2 reasons that you may not have received your certificate.

  1. This could be an email issue.
  2. When you go through each section, you must hit complete and continue for the system to know you have completed the course.  If you don’t see the red dot beside the lesson then you can click on the lesson and hit continue at the bottom.

How do I know if I have already taken the course?

We can send you a list of the courses you have taken in the past.  Email your request to [email protected]
