Are these courses accepted in my state?

All of our seminars are pre-qualified for credit by NCRA, NVRA, and AAERT and are accepted in all states that take NCRA/NVRA approved credits — no matter what year they were recorded.

Do the packages include sexual harassment training?

Our latest ten-hour programs contain one hour of sexual harassment training. If your state requires this training separately, we also offer the Sexual Harassment Prevention course individually. Illinois court reporters may purchase it along with any 10-hour course for no additional charge.

How do the quizzes work?

For each lesson, print out the quiz from the download section, mark your answers as you watch the video, then enter your answers into the Final Quiz section and hit submit. Everything is explained in the 3-minute introduction video at the beginning of each course.

What happens after I purchase a course?

If this is your first purchase on this site, after checkout you'll receive an email confirming your purchase and a second email with a link to set up your password. Your completion certificate is emailed directly to you as soon as you complete the course.
