Once again, Jeff’s online seminars were a lifesaver with my points deadline.  Pan is very knowledgeable, her stories and sessions are fun, and I always learn new things listening to the reporters that attend the live seminars.  Jeff’s customer service is amazing, and he made sure I got all of my certificates, including the one that my email server was not sending along.  Pam helped in this process, too, when I was up against a deadline.
